Shipping policy

Processing Time: All candles are hand-poured. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Damaged Items: Candles are fragile! If yours arrives broken, please email a photo of the damage to oneacandles@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.

Order Processing Time: All our candles are hand-poured in small batches.

Standard Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and packed.

Peak Season: During holidays or sales, processing may take **5–7 business days**.

Note: We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is on its way.

Address Changes: Please double-check your shipping address! We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been processed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to re-send the item.

**Summer Shipping**. Candles can melt if left in a mailbox in 90°F+ weather. Please ensure you try to be home for delivery or have it sent to a workplace.
