 Product Information & Safety

Handmade Nature: Since our candles are hand-poured, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur. These are not defects but a characteristic of artisanal products.

Safety Warning: By purchasing our candles, you agree to follow the safety instructions provided on the warning label of each product. **Onea’s Flame** is not liable for any fire, damage, or injury resulting from the misuse of our products (e.g., leaving a candle unattended or trimming the wick incorrectly).

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process orders within 1-3 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. **Onea’s Flame** is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

 Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned.

 If your candle arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at oneacandles@gmail.com   within 48 hours with a photo of the damage to arrange a replacement or refund.
